PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay online using PayPal or credit / debit card.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as Discover, American Express, and some local cards like Carte Aurore, Cofinoga / Privilège or 4 étoiles in France, EC-Karte in Germany... thanks to the PayPal platform.

Payment using credit or debit card: You can choose the Shopify secured server to pay by a Visa or MasterCard, or PayPal secured server to pay by an American Express, Discover or other accepted local card (direct payment by card without opening a PayPal account by clicking on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" in the second half of your screen).

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

According to Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a statutory period of 14 days after delivery of his order to withdraw.

To exercise this right, please visit our Returns Center in the 30 days following the reception of your order and follow the instructions.

Once approved, the instructions and return address will be sent to the customer by email. The Customer then has 14 days to return to EKOBO the products concerned, accompanied by the RMA number that was assigned to identify the package.

No returns will be accepted without our prior approval.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories and documentations provided. Products must not have been used, nor have suffered any damage, and be perfectly clean.

Return fees are at the Customer's costs and the products are transported under his responsibility.

Upon exercise of this statutory right of withdrawal, EKOBO will refund the Customer within 14 days.

EKOBO reserves the right not to refund if the products are damaged or have been used.
